Our links with the Armed Forces
It is traditional for livery companies to hold links with the Regulars, Reserves and Cadets. The Company has four affiliates, and has signed the City of London Armed Forces Covenant.
- HMS Defender Royal Navy
- RAF Waddington Royal Air Force
- The Westminster Dragoons Army Reserve
- Middlesex Wing Air Training Corps
The programme was begun by Colonel David King OBE, Clerk from 2005 to 2015. The Covenant is a commitment to those who serve, and have served, and their families — that they are treated fairly and not disadvantaged by their service.
